Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct engaging and impactful workshops to showcase our products at client locations, events, and field assignments.
2. Ensure participants understand the features, benefits, and applications of our product through clear and interactive sessions.
3. Address and resolve any queries, doubts, or challenges raised during the workshops.
4. Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to gather in-depth product knowledge and ensure alignment in communication.
5. Prepare and present training materials, demonstrations, and presentations.
6. Travel to various locations as needed to deliver workshops.
Key Requirements:
1. Communication Skills:
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to engage and maintain the attention of an audience effectively.
2. Problem-Solving Skills:
- Ability to think on your feet and address issues or queries during workshops.
- Creative in providing solutions tailored to the audience’s needs.
3. Presentation Skills:
- Confident and dynamic personality with a knack for public speaking.
- Proficiency in creating and delivering professional presentations.
4. Adaptability:
- Willing to learn quickly and adapt to different audiences and situations.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and traveling as required.
5. Other Skills:
- Basic understanding of our industry or a willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.
Salary Structure:
- ₹5,000 per month during the early period (first 3 months).
- 100% hike after 3 months.
- 50% hike after another 3 months.
- 25% hike after 9 months, leading to an annual salary of ₹2.4 LPA by the end of the year.
