Job Responsibilities:
1. Independently design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable backend systems using Python and Django.
2. Integrate front-end elements with server-side logic using technologies like JavaScript, jQuery, and Ajax.
3. Build and manage RESTful APIs for seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
4. Design and develop responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
5. Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of web applications.
6. Debug and resolve application issues independently.
7. Optimize code and database queries for maximum performance.
8. Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices.
Key Requirements:
1. Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Python and Django.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies: JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
- Familiarity with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and server-side integration.
- Basic knowledge of version control tools like Git.
2. Problem-Solving Skills:
- Ability to analyze, debug, and troubleshoot independently.
- Strong logical thinking to develop effective solutions for application requirements.
3. Communication Skills:
- Ability to understand and implement requirements accurately.
- Clear and concise reporting of project progress and issues.
4. Other Skills:
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently without supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Salary Structure:
- ₹5,000 per month during the early period (first 3 months).
- 100% hike after 3 months.
- 50% hike after another 3 months.
- 25% hike after 9 months, leading to an annual salary of ₹2.4 LPA by the end of the year.
