Does Punjab National Bank offers moratorium period for undergraduate students? Need a loan on urgent basis

I am planning to pursue my higher education from Australia Deakin university in bachelor of computer science and so I am in need an educational loan approx. 70 lacs INR.
For this can I get a moratorium period as I don't want to burden my parents for the repayment after completing my course, I will repay the loan from my own earning.

Under the PNB Udaan Education Loan Scheme offered by Punjab National Bank, students pursuing higher education are provided a repayment tenure of up to 15 years, including a moratorium period comprising the course duration plus one year. During the moratorium period, interest will not be compounded.
