My brother is suffering from extremely high cholesterol (LDL > 190 mg/dL) and he is experiencing fatigue and chest discomfort. Is it raising serious heart disease risks? What urgent suggestions with respect to his lifestyle changes, diet, medications have worked in similar cases?

Lifestyle Modifications include:1.Dietary Changes:Increase Intake of Fruits and Vegetables which are rich in fibre.2.Choose healthy fats like olive oil, avacados and nuts, and reduce saturated fats like butter, dairy products.3.
